The Lake Forest Racquet Club is conveniently located next to the main Olympic size swimming pool on Country Club Drive.  This beautiful facility consists of a six lighted tennis courts, a Pro shop where members may enjoy watching a match from the shade of the deck, a centrally located, covered observation deck and plenty more room for growth.  Four of the courts are the original Rubico soft courts.  These wonderful courts are very well maintained and provide for terrific matches that are easy on the joints and great on the competition.  The other two hard courts were built in 1998 and provide outstanding, fast play for the enjoyment of our members.

 Our membership is served by a terrific staff including our tennis pro, Mr. Mike Albrecht and two young assistants.  These guys keep the facility looking good and in top performance shape.  Mike offers classes to all ages including group clinics and private lessons.  He also provides great professional support to all the Lake Forest teams that participate in the various leagues.   

The Lake Forest Property Owner’s Association is also proud to allow the use of our facility to the boy’s and girl’s tennis teams of Daphne High School.  This is an example of the community association’s dedication to providing good, wholesome recreation to its youth.  An example of the benefit of this has been the large number of our local youth who have received college scholarships to play tennis as a result of the skills they learned here in Lake Forest. 

The two hard courts are open to all members in good standing of the Lake Forest Property Owner’s Association without any additional charge.  A member of the LFPOA may choose to join the Lake Forest Racquet Club and enjoy the privilege of using all of the courts and participating in all racquet club activities.
