Subject: Tennis Association Board Minutes 3/16/2003
The Lake Forest Tennis
Association Board Met on March 16, 2003. In Attendance were Mitch
Davis, Anne Davis, Bill Green, Susan Green, Richard Hall, Al Peck, and
Bill Brown.
Mitch discussed the LFPOA
board's positive comments on the Tennis Association paying off for the
Gazebo project. Then the next project the Tennis Association approved
was discussed. The cut back fence and new concrete by court 1 is a
big improvement. The Association Owes LFPOA $2,000.00 for these
improvements.
Other improvement
projects:
Adding new fence from
court 1 to the pro shop to have people enter near the pro shop and
sign in before playing. The decision on this was deferred until it
could be discussed with Michael.
Benches for the courts
it was agreed that Bill Green will try to buy 6 benches from Big
Lots at 29.99 each.

Membership Social and Annual Meeting .

All Tennis players are
invited either to play or come for the meeting.
Cost $15.00 to play
and eat $ 5.00 to eat only
Annual Lake Forest
Tennis Association dues of $10.00 per family to be collected.
Play will be fun
tennis events (request Michael Albrecht assistance)
Bill Brown to produce

Mitch Davis to ask
Lake Forest to provide hamburgers etc. and procure all food and
supplies needed for the meal.
Richard Hall to supply
tennis balls
Century Tournament
