Renters Eligible  to Use Amenities

Residents of Lake Forest who are renting their homes are eligible to use the amenities if the owner of record is current with the dues on that property.  If you are renting in Lake Forest and would like to be able to use the amenities, you simply need to contact the office at 626-0788.  The administrative assistant will check the status of the account on your home and if it is current, you may be issued membership cards. You will be allowed to use any of the amenities subject to the same user fees paid by other members in Lake Forest.  However, a renter is not eligible to vote on association matters or charge on the membership account for the property.
