August Social: We had 20 people participate in the Back to School Social. The social seemed to be a success. Everyone worked hard to make this social a success. Susan and Beverly did an outstanding job with the food.

TREASURER REPORT

Before the Back to School social the association had $72.59. We made $160.00 on the social making a total of $232.59. We decided to not make a payment to Lake Forest Home Owners Association this month. After the next social, we will make another payment to Lake Forest Home Owners Association, amount to be determined.

SEPTEMBER SOCIAL

The Sept.social will be held on Sept.6 9:00 am till. This will be the Lake Forest Tennis open. We decided that people of all ages should be able to participate. The cost will be $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for people under 14. We hope we will have a lot of people participate.

FUTURE PLANNING

Future socials are tentatively planned for Oct. 4 and Nov. 1. We will plan the Oct social at the next meeting.

TENNIS LEAGUES

The leagues are going very well, but we need to develop ideas to get new members and old members more involved to increase the number of players and fun. Everyone was asked to come up with ideas so we could discuss at the next meeting.

BOARD MEETING

The next board meeting is scheduled for Sept 21, 6:00 pm ,Lake Forest Yatch Club.
