Lake Forest Tennis Association had a meeting June 25. Present were Paul Wilson-Pres., John Shank, Roger Kersch, Richard Hall.

Old Business:

Our last social was enjoyed by all. We had 2 courts and approx $80 was raised for advertising.

New Business:

Paul has come up with an idea for the September social. We would have an open house at Lake Forest Racquet Club to generate interst. We would advertise in the Mobile Register and also attempt to have signs at the Lake Forest entrance. Food and beverages would be provided and we could also have some of the members give free lessons to people upon request. Tentative date would be Sept 16.

We will have a social July 15 at 9:00am. Richard will provide the signs and sign up list. Paul will check the gas in the grill and bring the fruit and balls.  John will bring the burgers and condiments.

We will have a meeting at the end of the July 15 social.
