Revenues for April were as follows: 

Actual:  $296,761

Budget: $203,547

Expenditures for April were as follows: 

Actual:  $173,999

Budget: $176,365

Revenues:  The main component of revenues being higher than budget is we received our trade in check from Yamaha of $87,000.  We did not actually budget for this until June. 

Current Assets:  We finished the month with an operating account balance of $282,395.00   

Accounts Receivable:  At the end of March we had receivables due from Members of $332,802 of which $92,450 is doubtful accounts. 

Completed Work In Process:  Work in Process that was completed in the month of April is as follows:

                        CC Roof Repairs                       17,350.00

                        Lawson Road Sign                       3,018.47

                        John Deere Utility Bagger             1,972.90                 

                                                            Total  $ 22,341.37 

Current Liabilities: The last remaining payment on our old Golf Cart Lease on the books for $4,348 was written off in April due to negotiations with Yamaha which resulted in the benefit of releasing LFPOA of this final payment.  

Members Equity:  We had an overall gain after depreciation for the month of $99,154.  Which leaves current period members equity at $186,335 YTD
